Yes, with conditions. Akimbo Holdings, LLC does not allow exotic or farm animals at any of our properties, unless tenant has received prior approval before move in. All animals must be documented on a lease. (including birds, rodents etc.)

Additionally, Akimbo Holdings, LLC does not allow the following breeds of dogs. This can be any dog (purebred or mixed breed) of the following listed breeds. Also, excessive noise or nuisance, vicious, threatening, or aggressive behavior is not permitted by any animal. At our discretion we may, at any time, restrict a pet from living at a property. Please refer to our comprehensive rental requirements for more information regarding pet size, number, weight, required deposits and fees.

Note: We require all residents that have pets to have flea treatment professionally administered upon vacating, regardless of opinion of a presence of fleas.
